DAY 16: SOMETHING YOU ALWAYS THINK ‘WHAT IF’ ABOUT…

hmmm….i always used to think, what if i was born in singapore? would i be different? haha…growing up in australia i feel iv been stuck between two cultures. my parents never bothered with many western or eastern traditions, and hence we didnt really celebrate ANYTHING – be it Christmas, Easter, or even my birthday [yeah uh…rarely] unless i happened to be with my relatives overseas in say…singapore.

so would i be more asian? would i be smarter? kids in singapore have a HUGE school workload…i remember looking at the piles of notes my cousins had for school nd feeling slightly horrified [but it makes for EASY schooling if you migrate over here…because all the sporean kids have done all that maths work in EARLIER years, hahaha….my friend slept all the way through year 12 and still killed her ENTER score]…

and maybe id be more tan, because damn i am pale as hell HAHA.

annd…some random photos of things i miss in singapore=] :
